2.) ​Shipping:

• We will make all reasonable efforts to ship Our Products to You within the estimated time noted on Our Website.

• We are not responsible for any delays caused by events outside of Our control, such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

3.) Refunds & Exchanges:

• All Product sales are final.

• Bracelets are able to be exchanged for a different size if You made an error in Your selection. You are responsible for the shipping fee for the replacement piece.

• If You believe Your Product is damaged or defective, please contact Us within 24 hours of receiving Your Product and We will work with You to resolve the issue.
